About this board
Demo · public postings, sample profile
Compass is the public, view-only face of Operate, Javier's private job-search engine. Operate is a personal, password-gated job board for open Europe/UK roles at companies backed by European VCs. It crawls VC portfolios and public ATS boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Recruitee, Personio), keeps only Europe/UK locations, and tags each role with a sector and an AI fit score for a persona.
What this public page shows
- Open Europe/UK roles at an approved list of companies, taken from their public job boards.
- Company, role title, location, sector, posting date, and pay only when the posting states it.
- Where shown, a fit score against a fictional sample candidate, never a real person's profile.
- A link to each company's own public posting.
What it never shows
- Personal data: no applications, statuses, notes, salary expectations, contacts or inbox.
- AI pay estimates or job description text.
How it refreshes
Once a day the private crawl runs, a read-only export selects the allowed fields, a check rejects anything outside the allow-list or anything that looks personal, and this static page is rebuilt. The page makes no API calls and loads nothing from third parties.
Postings and trademarks belong to their companies.
